Dawinderpreet Gill joined RTS Financial three years ago and transitioned to RTS Carrier Services about a year ago. Quickly rising through the ranks, she now serves as both a business development manager and team sales lead.
Some of her proudest moments at Shamrock come from "watching and listening to the success of the employees I have mentored along the way." On a similar note, her favorite part of working for Shamrock is their supportive leadership, which continually pushes her to be better.
Inspired by her Shamrock team to overcome challenges and motivated by hitting her goals and setting even higher ones, Dawinderpreet sets the standard high, striving to improve daily. Outside of work, her children inspire her to think outside the box and walk a different path.
